As a founding member of both the Griffyn Ensemble and the Seven Harp Ensemble, she has appeared with orchestras across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, and has competed as a soloist on the international stage. She offers specialist presentations on contemporary harp techniques and arranging, and was recently invited as a guest teacher to the Victoria Conservatory of Music’s harp masterclass series. In Canada, she has performed with the Victoria Symphony for nearly a decade as second harp and guest principal, and collaborates in the harp duo Harps Entwined with VS principal harpist Annabelle Stanley.

A third-generation music educator and member of the BC Registered Music Teachers’ Association, Tegan is deeply committed to both performance and pedagogy. Her teaching philosophy centres on creating a supportive, inspiring environment where students are encouraged to learn at their own pace and explore their individual musical interests. She welcomes learners of all ages and levels, from absolute beginners to advanced students.
